HABITAT

Physical Description

Hadrurus arizonensis is the largest scorpion species in the United States, with adults typically reaching lengths of 12 to 15 cm (about 4.7 to 6 inches).

It has a yellowish-tan to light brown body, with darker stripes or bands on its back (dorsal side). The tips of the pincers and tail segments may be darker. *This scorpions has several sub species, morphs and/or colour variants.
